Efter att vi mottagit din intresseanmälan kommer vi att göra en bedömning av om ditt nuvarande konto är redo för migration. Om ditt konto inte är redo vid detta tillfälle, kommer du att placeras på en väntelista och kontaktas när det är möjligt att genomföra migreringen.

När det är dags för migration kommer vi att skapa ett nytt konto åt dig i Smartsign 11. Vi hjälper dig då med att överföra din befintliga hårdvara, innehåll och användardata från Smartsign 10 till den nya plattformen. Själva migreringen sker vid en tidpunkt som vi gemensamt kommer överens om.

1. To register your interest in migrating to Smartsign 11, please send an email to cs@smartsign.se.
2. Once we have received your registration of interest, we will assess whether your current account is ready for migration. If your account is not ready at this time, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when migration becomes possible.
3. When it’s time for migration, we will create a new account for you in Smartsign 11. We will then help you transfer your existing hardware, content, and user data from Smartsign 10 to the new platform. The migration itself will take place at a time we agree upon together.
4. Once the transfer is complete, you are ready to start working in Smartsign 11. To get the most out of the new platform, we recommend exploring our articles and guides here.

What should I do if I’m using a screen that isn’t supported?
We recommend looking into our Qbic players or our new compatible screens that work seamlessly with Smartsign 11. You can find approved hardware here:
Will my screens keep working without interruption during the transition period?
Expect an interruption of about 1 hour if everything goes according to plan during migration.
During the migration, your screen may temporarily stop displaying content since we migrate certain parts separately—for example layouts, bookings, channels, screens, etc.
