Därför finns det i Smartsign inga begränsningar i hur många användare ni kan ha, med däremot har ni möjlighet att detaljstyra vilka av de över 200 inställningar som var och en av användarprofilerna ska ha. För att göra hanteringen enkel kan ni dessutom skapa användargrupper.

Styrkan med digitala skyltar är besparingen av administrativt arbete som måste ske på plats. Kasta papperslapparna, minska ned på epostutskicken, sluta tjata om intranätet och hänvisa istället till en och samma kanal, den kanal som blir tillgänglig för alla på arbetet, även de som inte har arbetsdator eller arbetsmobil i sitt arbete.
Tack vare en tydlig avsändare genom skärmarna minskar ni även risken för att felaktig information hittas på den analoga anslagstavlan, eller att viktig information försvunnit i bruset av andra mail och lossnade lappar.
Roles and permissions on your terms
We know that our customers have high demands on adapting their user profiles. Everything from the advanced administrator who needs access to every single setting, to the more sporadic editor who only needs access to change a certain area of the screen.
Therefore, in Smartsign there are no restrictions on how many users you can have, but you have the opportunity to control in detail which of the over 200 settings each of the user profiles should have. To make handling easy, you can also create user groups.

The strength of digital signage is the saving of administrative work that doesn’t really need to be done on site anymore. Throw away the pieces of paper, reduce the number of e-mails sent, stop nagging about the intranet and instead refer to only one channel.
