Support Technican

Tasks and responsibilities

You’ll be supporting our customers/resellers/partners located around the globe, via email and phone. To do so you have to be fluent (in speech and writing) in Swedish and English. You’ll also support our sales staff, attend customer meetings, conduct training sessions… quite possibly some do some traveling in the Nordics but maybe also in the rest of the world. We believe you have experience within the fields of:

Windows Server and Client – Microsoft IIS – Microsoft SQL Server – Internet Technologies – Hardware – Networks – Microsoft Active Directory – HTML/Javascript

Extra icing on your cake would be:

IoT – AV technology – Linux
