At Folkpool, all posting is done digitally on screens in the stores. No customer should have to stand and be bored in the store waiting for a salesperson – instead, they can take part in the store’s selection, inspiration and important information about pools and spas.
In Folkpool’s stores, current campaigns are displayed digitally on store screens. In this way, customers can take advantage of the selection, offers, inspiration and important information about swimming pools and spas while they wait for an available seller.
– Previously, our stores used to print all campaigns and put them up on the walls, which meant frequent use of the printer. Digital presentation was booming and a good long-term solution for Folkpool’s stores, so we decided to go digital. Instead of having to order new paper and cartridges all the time, we produced a digital solution with screens and linked licenses. This way we save both time and money by controlling everything centrally, says Jubed Jalil at Folkpool.
All stores have their own screens and licenses and are operated by one or two people at the Folkpool Head Office. The staff in the stores don’t even have to think about turning the screens on and off. Campaigns are scheduled by date and time and change on all screens connected to the Smartsign software simultaneously.
– Buying a pool or a spa isn’t something you do on the spur of the moment. When our customers visit one of our stores to look at different spas and pools and get information before they buy something, the screens are a great source of inspiration. They can answer many questions before the customers even talk to a salesman. Our staff is really happy with the screens, as they take a load off them and enhance the customer’s experience. They are also great as inspiring billboards and can display even more than what we have room for in our stores, says Jubed Jalil.
